We are an Edinburgh contractor doing renovation, electrical and tiling work under one name — so one team is responsible for the whole job, start to finish.
Who we are
A contractor, not a middleman.
Scocasa Group was set up around a simple frustration: on most refurbishments, nobody is actually in charge. The builder waits on the electrician, the electrician waits on the tiler, and the person paying for it ends up coordinating three firms who have never worked together.
We run all three trades in-house instead. Our own joiners, our own electricians, our own tilers, and one site manager who is on your job from the survey through to the final sign-off.
We work across Edinburgh and the Lothians, on private homes and on commercial spaces.
